FAQ

Questions people ask before they buy.

Do I need to know any Morse code already?
No. Day 1 starts with two letters and the difference between a dot and a dash. Every drill in the course — every game, sprint, mission and mystery episode — uses only the characters you have already been taught, checked item by item. You will never be handed an exercise you have not been given the tools to solve.
Is this an app or a subscription?
Neither. It is a set of files: PDFs, MP3s, MP4s and PNGs. You download them once, they work offline, and there is no account to keep, no renewal and nothing that can be switched off later.
What formats are the files in?
PDF for the course, workbook, posters, flashcards, puzzles, art prints and certificates. MP3 for the 173 audio drills. MP4 for the 13 quiz videos, in widescreen, YouTube 1080p and vertical. PNG for the wallpapers and the high-resolution posters.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes — phone, tablet or computer. The audio pack is ordinary MP3s, so it plays in any music app; the videos play on a handset or cast to a TV; the quiz workbook takes typed answers on a phone as well as a laptop; and the wallpapers are sized 1170×2532 for a modern screen.
Can I print everything?
Yes, on plain paper from an ordinary printer. The posters ship as print-ready PDFs plus high-resolution PNGs, the flashcards are duplex-aligned so double-sided printing lines up on its own, and the workbook, puzzles and certificates are all built for A4 or Letter.
How quickly will I actually be able to read Morse?
The course is thirty daily sessions. By Day 4 you will know SOS and be able to send it from memory; by Day 15 you will have the whole alphabet; by Day 30 you will be reading full messages by ear. Take longer if you want to — the files do not expire, and the audio ladder goes up to 20 WPM whenever you are ready for it.
Can I teach this to my kids or a class?
That is what the Teacher's Track is for. The course ends by turning you into the instructor, with a kids' colour-coded wall chart, a puzzle pack built for classrooms and road trips, and a Student Certificate to award to whoever you teach.
